About the Role:

The Front Desk Office Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility by managing front desk activities and providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the front office, including patient scheduling, managing communications, and maintaining patient records.
