Job Description

Our client, an award-winning Hard Italian Cheese manufacturing plant, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the efficient flow of cheese throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 base pay

What's the Job?

• Move racks and totes of cheese throughout departments to ensure each area has the cheese and supplies needed to continue work functions.
• Review production schedules and paperwork to plan and organize the product flow throughout the day.
• Rotate and flip cheese per established schedule.
• Complete paperwork and tracking data.
• Work on a 6A-6P shift schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation.

What's Needed?

• Must be experienced in forklift operation and have a strong safety mindset.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
