\nResponsibilities
\nHandles and stores all food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines
\nAssists with food preparation as assigned by supervisor
\nPrepares food items according to standardized recipes ensuring safe food handling practices
\nAssists with the set-up of the food tray line
\nAssembles diet trays and delivers tray carts to dining areas or to units
\nCleans dishes, utensils, and equipment according to facility procedures
\nAssists in dishwashing operations and cleaning tasks
\nQualifications
\nMinimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
\nPrefer one year experience as a food service aide in an institutional food service setting
