Registered Dental Hygienist – Morgantown, WV
(Full-Time | Private Group Practice | Growth-Focused Team | Accelerated Hygiene Potential)

About the Role

Schedule:

• Monday 8-6

• Tuesday 9-5

• Wednesday, Thursday 8-5

• Friday 7-1:30 

Position Type:

• Full-Time Only

• Long-term, permanent role (not temporary or temp-to-hire)

Compensation:

• $50–$55 per hour (equivalent to $104,000–$114,400 annually), commensurate with experience

Bonus Structure:

• Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities for exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes

Hygiene Delivery Model:

• Current: Traditional, unassisted, single-column hygiene schedule

• Preferred: Hire and train Hygiene Assistant to support an accelerated/assisted double-column hygiene model

Current Team & Practice Snapshot

• 1 Full-Time General Dentist

• 1 Office Leader

• 1 Treatment Coordinator

• 2 Dental Assistants

• Temp RDH currently supporting hygiene—this is a long-term hire opportunity to build continuity and leadership within the hygiene department

We strictly follow the latest AAP (American Academy of Periodontology) guidelines and are seeking a Hygienist who embraces periodontal disease treatment, diagnosis, and education. Preventive care is the heart of our practice, and we're looking for someone who brings both technical skill and personal connection to every patient interaction.

You'll collaborate with the front office and clinical team to maintain a measured, productive, and supportive hygiene flow—never rushed, always intentional.
