Job Title: Data Analyst

Experience: 0–3 Years

Relocation: Open to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for project needs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 0–3 years of experience to join our team in Richmond, VA . The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making. Candidates must be open to relocation anywhere in the U.S. based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting
• Support ongoing projects with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting
• Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools to extract and analyze data
• Document processes, data definitions, and analysis results

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in Data Analysis or relevant internships/projects
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
• Basic to intermediate experience with Python or R (preferred)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Understanding of data concepts, reporting, and analytics fundamentals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Open to work on any visa
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for project assignments
• Strong teamwork attitude and eagerness to learn
