Must be able to complete 2-3 week orientation and training Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST

We are currently accepting applications and seeking self-motivated, professional, upbeat, friendly individuals to join our fast-paced call center. We have opportunities for you to join our work from home team and work virtually anywhere or work in our office in Ocala, Florida!
You may be assisting with inbound calls from clients, patients and customers or placing outbound calls to members, patients, or doctors offices. As a 24/7/365 business, we have flexibility in scheduling options. We service thousands of clients and make a daily difference in the lives of their customers!

**We are looking for Candidates with the following attributes, skills, and qualifications:**
* Computer skills in a windows-based environment.
* Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute.
* Able to maintains integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.
* Punctual, with great attendance.
* Ability to multi-task- without losing efficiency or composure.
* **Must be able to pass a post offer/ pre-employment background check.**
* ***Bilingual is a plus!***
**Work from home requirements**
* High-speed broadband internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download. Router/ modem to connect Ethernet cord no WIFI connections permitted.
(We provide the rest - computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, cables, and camera!)
