Paramount is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Global Security Operations to support its global security teams. This role will provide essential administrative and operational support across various security functions, including physical security, threat management, and international operations. The ideal candidate is a college graduate with strong administrative skills, familiarity with payroll processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Global Security Operations teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings. Assist with payroll-related tasks such as timekeeping, reconciliation, and liaising with HR or Finance as needed. Maintain and organize team records, reports, and operational documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for security team members. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for domestic and international security operations. Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables across teams. Assist with procurement and invoice processing for security-related vendors and services. Perform other duties as assigned to support the operational effectiveness of the security function. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a corporate or security-related environment. Familiarity with payroll systems and administrative processes. Additional Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, SharePoint, Teams). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
