Commercial Loan Officer


A community bank is looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. They need someone who has a strong background in developing and maintaining new business and relationships in the surrounding community. Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer

• Identify, solicit and cross-sell a wide range of commercial banking services by following a proactive sales and business development plan
• Develop new loans and manage the existing loan portfolio
• Prepare Loan Committee presentations
• Calculate Risk
• Increase market presence
• Assist with some day-to-day operations at the bank
• Provide a great customer experience

Qualifications for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer

• 3+ years of direct Commercial Lending experience
• C&I and CRE lending experience
• Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting
• Strong business development skills
• Proven track record in business development
• Preferably a 4-year degree in a related field
