DUTIES:

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, toileting and exercising.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers and escorts residents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holds a current valid CNA license.
• Is CPR certified or willing to get certified upon hire.
• Brings prior experience in senior care - Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility support, and companionship.
• Passionate about senior care - Genuinely enjoys working with the elderly and making a positive impact in their lives.
• Is self-motivated and works well independently.
• Flexible and Available - Able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, possibly with short notice availability.
• Strong work ethic - Takes pride in being loyal, reliable, punctual, and professional at all times while providing the best care possible.
• Above all, is kind, dependable, and truly cares about making a difference in the lives of seniors.
