Role: Clinical Social Worker – LMSW

The Clinical Social Worker provides leadership within the healthcare team by delivering comprehensive psychosocial support services to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical social work consultation, counseling, and follow-up services based on psychosocial assessments and individualized service plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and counseling to support patients and families with emotional needs, adjustment to illness, and adherence to treatment.

• Integrate social, cultural, ethnic, emotional, and spiritual factors into assessments and care planning to support holistic well-being.

Requirements:

• Education: Master of Social Work (MSW)

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Licensure: Current Maryland LMSW or LGPC
