Location: Liberty Crossing, McLean, VA and Intelligence Community Campus – Bethesda, MD Job Type: Full time Pay Range: $80,000-$125,000 Based on Experience Benefits Health, Dental And Vision Benefits, 401k Plan 11 paid holidays PTO Educational reimbursement Skills Required Certified Fitness Trainer with experience developing tailored fitness programs Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, or related field (or 5+ years experience in lieu of degree) Current CPR/AED certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse fitness levels and provide safe, engaging instruction Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required Responsibilities Delivering individual and group fitness instruction for ODNI staff and contractors Developing personalized, goal-oriented fitness regimens and tracking progress Providing machine and free-weight instruction following industry standards Supporting wellness initiatives across ODNI facilities Ensuring participant safety and providing modifications for all fitness levels Position is contingent upon contract award.
