Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Business Execution Consultant. Job Title: Business Execution Consultant Position type: Full-time Contract(W2) Duration: 12 Months contract w/ extensions Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) As a Business Execution Consultant, you will: Consult on complex, large-scale business initiatives with broad organizational impact. Review and analyse multi-faceted, long-term business challenges, providing insights and recommendations. Contribute to resolving multi-layered issues by evaluating multiple factors, including intangibles and unprecedented elements. Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Collaborate with client teams and senior management to develop actionable strategies and plans. The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated experience in Business Execution Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related fields through work, consulting, military service, or education. Proven ability to evaluate complex challenges and develop strategic solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in risk analysis, decision-making, analysis, evaluation, and complex problem-solving. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects efficiently. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
