Position: Training Specialist / Instructional Designer 

Location: Minneapolis, MN OR Charlotte, NC

Duration: Contract - 24 Months

Job Overview:

This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. The candidate will contribute to large-scale planning, analyze challenges, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:



  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.


  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.


  • Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.


  • Collaborate with client personnel to meet Business Execution deliverables.


  • Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Required Skills and Experience:



  • Experience developing and facilitating complex training programs for multiple end-users with varying needs (front line to operations).


  • Motivated self-starter; self-directed and able to work with little supervision.


  • Strong collaboration skills to meet goals.


  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, often working within tight deadlines and fast turnaround times.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate scenarios and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Required Technical Skills:



  • Experience with various learning and development tools and project planners, including Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Genially.

Highly Desirable Experience:



  • Commercial Banking experience.


  • nCino experience.

Pay Range: $50 - $58

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
