We are currently seeking a full time team member with experience in building inspections.
Building Inspector Responsibilities:
- Conducts onsite inspections of ongoing construction to ensure compliance with Developer Permit Set Plans and Standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Ability to recognize deviations in design and materials used in actual installation from requirements in written plans.
- Ability to work effectively and independently without undue instruction and supervision.
- Proficient in preparing written reports.
