Job Description

A school district in Paterson, NJ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services for students in grades K-12. This contract position runs through the full academic year and is based in a K-12 educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct support and consultation to students, teachers, and staff
• Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Train and support school personnel in effective behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working within a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location:

• Paterson, New Jersey
• Opportunities may also be available within a 35-mile radius, including Randolph, Morristown, and areas north of Jersey City
