Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Bartenders to join our team! This position plays a big role for creating and providing best member experience and satisfaction.

Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional member experience.

This position will be seasonal- Our season runs from October through May.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Make suggestions based on member preferences
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Interact with members, assess needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Deliver checks and process member charges
• Cooperate and communicate with all service and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in an upscale restaurant, country club, resort or similar establishment
• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and members
• Experience with Jonas Encore/Micros or similar POS system
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Active listening
• Good physical condition
• Customer-centric
• High school diploma; food safety training, or other related certificates will be considered a plus
• Must be able to work days/nights/weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation.. housing can be provided
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
