Job Description: Barn Staff Responsible for the day-to-day care and maintenance of Meadowbrook’s facilities, equipment and grounds, as well as horse care including cleaning stalls, haying, feeding, watering, and turning in/out. Maintain, repair, and care for physical plants, including office facilities and barn, driveways, fencing, restrooms, landscape, etc.
Spanish speaking preferred. Must be legal to work in the US and will be required to complete background check.
Base pay: $16/hour up to 40 hours per week, with overtime at $24/hour as needed. Currently staff typically works 45 hours a week, working 6 days a week with 1 or 2 shorter days. We would love to hire enough staff that everyone only works 5 days/40 hours a week.
