JCW is currently working on behalf of a growing bank that's looking to hire a

Director for their Risk Audit team. Operating as a key audit leader with a team of direct reports, this position will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements across the entirety of the bank with a focus on operational and enterprise risk. This position will be hybrid in-office two days a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, lead and manage audit engagements across the second line of defense
• Supervise, mentor and manage junior staff and review workpapers
• Work directly with stakeholders, providing regular updates to them and audit leadership
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 10 years of internal audit or risk advisory experience
• Operational or enterprise risk audit experience required
• Stress testing/capital planning experience preferred
