In this role you will blend your leadership skills, strategy knowledge, and hands-on creative expertise to create compelling assets.Responsibilities:Lead the ideation, design and execution for seasonal indicative's and 360 campaigns for the Home category. Manage and collaborate on design aspects and partner closely with copy and studio teams.Ensure that all assets maintain brand consistency across all channels. Uphold the company brand guidelines while looking for new and innovate ways to grab the consumers interests.Lead and mentor the team. Provide creative direction and constructive feedback. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional team members with the in-house studio.
